Pilot Program Notice
This is a pilot program! We’re testing what works best so we can build the best possible Learning Club for families in the RGV. We’re excited to try something that helps kids take learning home (without the clutter of buying everything). Please share feedback anytime during the pilot, your input will shape what we offer next.
1) Can I sign up online and then visit in person?
Yes! You can sign up online now, then visit us in person at La Plaza Mall to pick up your first item.
If you want one of the 50 pilot spots, go ahead and reserve your spot by paying your subscription online and selecting your start date (the date you plan to visit in person for your first pickup).
2) What ages are the toys for?
Right now we have toys best suited for toddlers (12+ months and up), and we’ll continue adding more options and age ranges as the club grows.
3) How often can I swap toys?
You can swap items as often as once per day during open hours, as long as the current item is returned first.
4) What’s the difference between Basic and Premium (Plus)?
Basic: Great for everyday learning toys and activities.
Premium (Plus): Includes access to larger, high-demand learning sets and also allows you to borrow up to two Basic-level toys (instead of just one).
5) Is the light table included in Premium (Plus)?
Not yet. For the pilot, the light tablets is an optional add-on for $15 (for any plan).
Light tablets are borrowed on a 2-week borrowing period.
6) What is the $50 deposit?
The deposit is fully refundable and helps us protect the inventory so the club stays high-quality for everyone. It’s refunded when you cancel and return all borrowed items in good condition.
7) What if a toy loses a piece?
We get it—kids are kids. We don’t charge for small missing pieces in most cases.
We only charge a replacement fee if the toy becomes unusable or unsafe because of what’s missing. We’ll always talk with you first.
8) What if a toy gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected. We only charge a replacement fee if an item is significantly damaged and can’t be cleaned, repaired, or safely reused.
9) What if my child loves a toy and we want to keep it?
You can! Just pay the difference between our replacement cost and what you’ve already paid/covered, and we’ll let you keep it. We’ll always tell you the exact amount before you decide.
10) Can I cancel anytime?
